I am the queen of skeptics and i swear i am not a paid sponsor of this product. My lashes were short stubs post temporary lash extensions.

My left eyelashes were even shorter than the right. They still are.

"I bought this on-line on a whim when I read about how some of the profits supposedly go to cancer research. I NEVER buy expensive cosmetics or skin care products and this one is EXTREMELY pricey, but I have hit that certain age where my lashes (once dark and long without mascara) started getting thinner, lighter and shorter. I Was Skeptical, But It Really Works!, April 17, 2007

I saw a "Does it Work" segment on my local news about Jan Marini Age Intervention Eyelash, and how it really did what it said it does. Naturally, when I tried to buy it, it was sold out nationwide. After about a month and a half of waiting, I decided to give RevitaLash a try. Its claims were similar to J.M.A.I.E., and I really needed something to help my very sparse eyelashes. Years of rubbing my eyes (chronic dry-eye) had taken its toll.

The insert that comes with RevitaLash says some people will notice results within 2-3 weeks, others may need 9-12 weeks to see dramatic results. I thought I could see a little difference by the third week. By 6 weeks I was positive. And "dramatic" is an accurate description. My lashes are MUCH longer and fuller, almost to the point of looking fake! I wish I could post the before and after pictures I took (no mascara or eyelash curler used in either shot). It is truly amazing.

I imagine I will have to keep using it to maintain these long lovelies, not unlike a man having to keep using Rogaine on his bald spot. That's okay with me. I think a "maintenance" application every other day should work.

It's pricey, and worth every penny.

The most amazing product for growing back eyelashes on the market today. I started noticing 'fill ins' on my upper and lower lids within 3 weeks. The lashes are so long now, they tend to get in the way of sunglasses that are too close to my eyes! I don't know what will happen if I stop (will they fall out??) but I see no reason to stop!!

ADDITIONAL COMMENT: here was a medical story on tv in San Francisco about Revitalash vs Jan Marini vs some other products. Only Revitalash still uses the magical ingredient found to actually grow lashes. It's derived from a glaucoma medication. Revitalash is supposedly the only product that can actually claim GROWTH, not just conditioner.
